I can’t control what others do. But I am planning to sew so I don’t forget the skill. I would also like a self reflection jar. I think the process in making it is fun, although the goal is to show myself more affection.

I’m currently feeling not like myself due to the season or whatever but it definitely something that got me feeling good. So what I do is go to the bathroom and watch myself smiling. It’s hard to smile over and over again so I feel I’m putting effort into me. Don’t forget about you.
